me.
Nice to meet you, I’m Mari.
I’m a creative strategist and designer, with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from UFF and a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing & Design from ESPM.
I spent 8 years at Globo, building digital identities for brands like GNT, Multishow, Gloob, Globoplay, BBB and live festivals, creating communication for brands that speak to the whole of Brazil.
More recently, in the iGaming world, I worked as Lead Social Media & Creative Strategy at KBET, leading brand positioning and strategic content production in both Portuguese and English.

Social Media Coordinator
I built the brand’s digital presence from the ground up. I created the tone of voice, visual system and editorial calendar for a brand that could not yet reveal itself to the public, with the challenge of sparking curiosity, building community and preparing the ground ahead of the official launch. The result was an active fan base and a scalable language for all markets where KBET will operate.

Globo
Creative Designer & Social Media | Pay TV Channels & Reality Shows
Eight years crafting communication for some of the biggest entertainment brands in Brazil. I worked with GNT, Multishow, Gloob, Globoplay and reality shows like BBB and Estrela da Casa, always at the intersection of visual identity and social. I developed identities for special shows such as Brino Show, Troféu Porchat, Natal do Cabelinho, Se Joga no Vulcão and Ana & a Vegana, and was on the front line of live coverage for Rock in Rio, Lollapalooza, The Town and Prêmio Multishow. One of the pieces I produced surpassed 80k likes on BBB’s official profile. I joined as an intern and left as a senior designer.

Freelance Designer | Visual Identity, Branding & Social Media
Alongside my role at Globo, I developed an independent practice as a freelancer, creating visual identities, brand systems and content for clients in different segments. Projects include Bindu Yoga, Rafael Avelar, Renata Haber (law firm), Maria Fernanda (ENT doctor) and identities for blogs and digital channels. Each project was an opportunity to go from briefing to full delivery — logo, palette, typography, digital applications and brand guidelines — with full creative autonomy and ownership of results.
